Awesome Benefits of Having a Virtual Assistant

Awesome benefits of having a virtual assistant. Find out how a virtual assistant can help bloggers. www.confidentcollaborations.comSome of you may be hesitant to hire a virtual assistant, some may not be sure what a virtual assistant really does. What we do is help you. That’s it, it’s that simple. We are here to help you with your blog. We’re here to help your blog grow, to help give you more free time to spend with friends and family or maybe to just sit down and do nothing!

My wife Chantal is a blogger, who blogs at Painted Teacup (shameless plug 😉 ) so I know first hand how busy a bloggers life can be.

I’ll admit, when she first mentioned starting a blog I thought all that was involved was writing a post or two a week and that was it. I had no idea the amount of work that was actually involved. Before long I found myself offering to help however I can. I edit/proofread most of her posts, find content to schedule to her social media accounts and help with social media share groups. This allows her to have more free time on her hands, which makes her happy and in turn makes me happy!

Benefits of Having A Virtual Assistant

Time to Spend on the Projects You WANT to Do

You love your blog, but it can often take up a lot of your time.  Having a VA can give you the time you need/want to dedicate to other projects or interests you may have.  Whether you choose to take on projects to help unwind, or another business venture, you can rest assured that your blog is in good hands.

Help to Grow Your Blog

With a VA at your disposal, you can be confident that your blog will still continue to grow even if you decide to spend less time working on it.  We can help your blog grow through social media sharing threads for Facebook, Google+, Instagram, StumbleUpon, Twitter and others. Link parties are another great way to get views for your blog, why not let us link-up for you while you spend your time elsewhere? Take a break, put up your feet, sip on a cold (or warm) drink and just relax!  Your blog will continue to grow, and you can recharge your batteries.  I’d say that’s a win win!

Have Someone do the Jobs You Don’t Feel Skilled In

You work hard, but no matter how hard you work there may be certain tasks that you don’t quite feel up to doing.  A VA can help you by doing what you may not feel confident doing yourself.  You can focus on your strengths, while we focus on doing what you feel is most difficult.  You can rest assured that your blog will be stronger for it.

Create a Work/Life Balance

Sometimes it can feel like your blog may take up a little too much of your time.  You might feel that you have a hard time balancing work and life in general.  VA’s can help you create a work/life balance.  Let us take a load off your shoulders, so that you can spend more time with your loved ones without the stress of deadlines or schedules. Going away on vacation and you won’t have access to wifi? That’s where we come in, we make sure your blog keeps running the way it should even if you decide to take a little time to unplug. You come back feeling refreshed, and your blog is as healthy or healthier than when you had left.

My wife loves her blog, but on some days things can just get a little overwhelming. I know there are many bloggers out there that feel the same crunch for time between your blog, family, friends maybe another job, it gets hectic! If that sounds like you, then maybe it’s time to consider hiring a virtual assistant!

I hope this gives you an idea as to how useful a virtual assistant can be. We’re here to help you grow 🙂

What would be the #1 task that you would have a virtual assistant do?

I SO need a virtual assistant. The very first thing I would give them to do would be to take care of social media promotions which I don’t like to do.

I’m doing two sites right now and getting ready to launch a third. My guess is I will need a VA soon to help keep up with all the sharing.

Great reasons to have a VA. Perhaps one day I will be able to make enough income in order to afford one. Right now, most of my income is just enough for hosting costs, with some spending money.

I was just thinking if I could justify the cost of a VA! Having more time to be creative, instead of doing social media would be wonderful. I think this is something I need to work on soon! Thanks!

Having a VA can be a lifesaver, and I’m speaking from experience. I’ve had to use one when there just wasn’t enough hours in the day and when I had back issues and couldn’t sit. Thanks for all of your tips and the valuable info.

I’d love to have a VA to keep me regular on social media. Gotta admit, I hate that facet of blogging but it’s SO important. I’d totally hire someone if it were in my budget right now.

I hire a VA occasionally. Its been a little over a month since I’ve used her services since I started a new blog, but I’ll probably ask for her assistance again real soon when life picks up again. Sometimes you just need the mental break.

I do have a VA team and I couldn’t do it all without them. When I found myself working from early in the morning until late at night, I knew it was time for a change. My VA Team handles my social media except for comments. And it’s a lifesaver!

I’m not sure if I could afford a virtual assistant at this point, but I can definitely see how they would help you improve your blog and have more life work balance. Thanks for all of the reasons.

My VA handles all my share threads for me and even writes posts for me too. I don’t know what I would do without her.

I’m very interested in becoming a VA. It seems like they have a lot of skills that I may need to practice in though!

A VA can really save you a lot of time. It helps you grow your site and traffic. You can focus on generating contents and other stuff more.

I need to get a VA asap. I just haven’t been able to swing it just yet though – hopefully in the near future.
